Reservations can be made online, via phone, or in person.
A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Payment in full and a valid ID is required upon check-in. Any additional charges incurred during the stay will be settled upon check-out.
Cancellation or modification of reservations must be made at least 14 days prior to the check-in time to avoid a cancellation fee.
Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards staff and other guests. Any disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, will not be tolerated.
Smoking and vaping (e-cigarettes) are strictly prohibited inside the premises and on the property. A $250.00 surcharge fee will be applied to your bill if evidence of smoking, vaping or use of flame candles in the room or on property.
Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay.
The management is not liable for any loss of valuables or belongings during the stay.
Guests are responsible for their personal safety and security of their possessions.
No pets of any kind or size are allowed at The Athenian, this includes emotional support animals. Service animals are welcome, but must be reported to staff in advance.
If a pet is found in room without written permission from management, an additional charge of $500 will be added to your final bill.
Any and all damages found in the room will be the responsibility of the guest staying with their pet. Damages will be charged to guest.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
The Athenian is not responsible for any accidents or injuries to unattended children.
Guest information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
The inn shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
