Parking

The Athenian offers six first come, first serve parking spots on the right side of the property. If these spots are full upon your arrival, we offer a 10 min spot on the left side of the house for unloading and loading. There are 2 parking decks within walking distance of the Inn as well as several Park Mobile App parking lots surrounding the Inn. Please contact us for more information about parking.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be canceled by 4:00 pm EST 14 days in advance to avoid a penalty of the deposit (plus tax). If canceled outside of the 14 day policy, the deposit will be fully refunded. Reservations may not be reduced inside of the 14 day window.

We accept major credit cards American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.

Check-In and Check-Out Time

Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00am. Late check out may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.

Smoking

Our inn is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking and vaping (e-cigarettes) are strictly prohibited inside the premises and on the property. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking or vaping in the room or on the property.

Pet Policy

No pets of any kind or size are allowed at The Athenian, this includes emotional support animals. Service animals are welcome, but must be reported to staff in advance.
